Delivery, Return and Warranty Conditions

1. Delivery Terms

L.T. PIVER delivers products only within the countries of the European Union, excluding P.O. boxes, overseas territories (DOM-TOM), Cyprus, and Malta.

  • Precondition: LT PIVER reserves the right to ship the order only after full payment of the purchase price by the Customer.

Available delivery methods: Pickup point or home delivery with signature.

The Customer will be notified by email once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, including a tracking number to follow the shipment in real time.

In case of absence on the day of delivery, the Customer may:

  • Reschedule a new delivery, or
  • Collect the parcel from a pickup point.

2. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are not included in the order price and are added at checkout. They vary depending on the destination country and the order amount.

For any order within the EU of €150 or more, delivery fees to a pickup point are free of charge.

3. Receipt of Products

Upon receipt of the order, the Customer must:

  • Verify the conformity of the products in the presence of the carrier.
  • Note any necessary reservations (missing product, damaged parcel, etc.).

In case of any anomaly, contact Customer Service via the contact form within 14 business days following delivery. Beyond this period, the claim may be considered inadmissible unless a legitimate reason is provided.

4. Product Return – Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal period:

The Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal (in accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

If delivery is made in installments, the withdrawal period starts upon receipt of the last item.

Conditions:

  • Reserved for consumers: The right of withdrawal applies only to customers considered consumers or non-professionals under the Consumer Code.
  • New and unused product: The item must be returned in a strictly new, unused, unopened, perfectly clean, and undamaged condition.
  • Original packaging intact: The item must be returned in its original, intact packaging. The cellophane or any protective seal must not have been opened or removed.
  • Website purchases only: Only products purchased from the official L.T. PIVER website are eligible for withdrawal. Items purchased in stores or through resellers will not be accepted.
  • Properly packaged for return: The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. LT PIVER reserves the right to refuse a return if the product arrives damaged or insufficiently protected.
  • Respect of deadlines: The Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to notify their decision to withdraw, and then 14 additional days to return the item.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal:

The Customer must clearly and unambiguously express their decision to withdraw, either by:

  1. Sending a withdrawal form (provided by LT PIVER), or
  2. Writing to L.T. PIVER (by post or through the online contact form).

Return costs and procedure:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer must:

  • Contact L.T. PIVER at support@piver.com,
  • Explain the reason for the return,
  • Ship the parcel back.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after:

  • Actual receipt of the returned goods, or
  • Proof of shipment provided by the Customer (whichever comes first).

Refunds:

  • Refunds are made to the same payment card used for the purchase.
  • In case of a partial return, delivery fees are not refunded.

5. After-Sales Service (Customer Support)

All claims (exchanges, defects, non-conformities, etc.) must be made by email to support@piver.com.

L.T. PIVER stores or physical retailers do not handle online order requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

L.T. PIVER cannot be held liable for failure or improper performance of the contract due to:

  • Force majeure,
  • The Customer’s actions, or
  • An unforeseeable third party event.

Products must be used in accordance with the provided recommendations. Any alteration, modification, or improper use voids the warranty.

7. Legal Warranties

L.T. PIVER provides only the legal warranties, namely:

  • The warranty of conformity, and
  • The warranty against hidden defects.

Procedure :

The Customer must report any non-conformity to Customer Service, which will provide return instructions.

Return costs are covered by L.T. PIVER.

A replacement product will be shipped only after receipt of the defective item.

If replacement is not possible within one month, the Customer may choose:

  • A full refund upon return of the product, or
  • A partial refund if they wish to keep it.

Warranty exclusion:

Products not purchased from the official L.T. PIVER online store are not covered by these warranties.
